Companies inevitably face automation at the global business arena. Technologies make customer communications more efficient: this is proven by one of the largest Ukrainian cinema chain – Planeta Kino. Denys Savchenko, Head of the Planeta Kino Club loyalty program, will share company’s best practices at AI Conference Kyiv on June 4.

The expert has been focusing on client loyalty for more than 15 years. He started working with CRM after on-the-job training at UMC in 2005. He designed bonus programs at such companies as Unitrade, AIS, and DELIGHT, as well as led the shift from a discount program to a bonus one at Karavan hypermarket chain. He has been running the Planeta Kino loyalty program since 2013.
