Head of CRM and Customer Intelligence department at the First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) Sergii Karaulov will highlight these questions at AI Conference Kyiv on June 4.
Presentation – “How to increase customer base value using data and AI”, in which the expert will explain:

Sergii Karaulov has been engaged in customer intelligence and CRM field for over 10 years. He has experience of work at Raiffeisen Bank Aval and Forward Bank.
The expert has been representing the FUIB since 2016. He is responsible for customer strategy, customer engagement and retention, as well as cross sales, and increasing the customer base value. Thanks to the initiatives introduced under his directions, cross sales at the bank have grown by 2.5 times, and the credit card portfolio – by 3 times.
