The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU decree on personal data protection, became effective a year ago. Article 25 of this document contains the so-called privacy by design concept specifying technical requirements for personal data processing systems, in particular for AI.

Besides, privacy by design contradicts GDPR’s other standards, which complicates development engineers’ operations while producing AI algorithms.

On June 4, Anton Tarasiuk, Managing Partner at Legal IT Group, will explain AI Conference Kyiv what should be taken into account during AI operation in order to gain the results within the GDPR.
